Real Submission Grappling is the first world-class Jiu-Jitsu school in the heart of Hialeah, Florida, USA. Founded in 2020 by Ricardo Ros — a lifelong martial artist, accomplished competitor, and passionate coach — RSG was built on a simple but powerful vision: to create a space where discipline, precision, and respect form the foundation for personal transformation through Jiu-Jitsu. Our mission is to empower individuals — from complete beginners to competitive athletes — through the art of grappling. We believe Jiu-Jitsu is more than just a physical practice. It’s a mindset — one rooted in focus, resilience, humility, and growth. It’s a lifelong journey of mastering not only technique, but also yourself.
